The best trips begin with honest answers, not a finished plan. If you can tell us a few simple things, we can do the rest. Here's what helps most.
1. What do you remember from your best trip?
It's rarely the headline sight. Perhaps it was a long lunch, or a walk you stumbled into. These memories tell us more about what you value than any list of landmarks.
2. What do you never want to do again?
Early transfers? Group buses? A hotel with a three-hour check-in queue? Every complaint is useful, and they're often the quickest way for us to design a better plan.
3. How much do you want to move?
Some people want three bases in a fortnight, while others want seven. Neither is wrong, but it changes everything else about the route.
4. Who is coming, and what does each person need?
Grandparents, small children, vegetarians, one early riser, one who needs a real desk: mention them all. It takes a moment to tell us, and it can make all the difference once you're there.
5. What is your comfortable budget?
It's the hardest thing to say out loud, but it's also one of the most helpful. A rough figure lets us suggest where to spend and where to save, instead of guessing and wasting your time.
That's it. Send us those answers in any form, even as a messy paragraph, and we'll take it from there.
